About Silver Label Works
Silver Label Works is based in Yiwu, China. This policy describes how we handle information collected through silverlabelworks.com and our business inquiry channels. Contact us at sales@silverlabelworks.com.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the email address, company name (if provided), product style codes, quantities, customization requirements and reference images you submit. Please upload only images you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Our website and hosting systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs to operate the site, detect spam and protect against misuse.
How we use your information
We use inquiry information to reply to you, prepare quotations, discuss designs and customization, manage business communications and protect our website. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Storage and sharing
Inquiries and reference images are stored in restricted website administration records and may be sent to our business email for follow-up. Reference images are not displayed in the public product catalog. Authorized staff and service providers supporting our hosting, email and website operations may process information as necessary to provide these services. We may disclose information when required by applicable law.
We operate in China, and information may be processed in China or other locations used by our service providers.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to handle inquiries, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies and external services
WordPress and related site features may use cookies for functionality, security and signed-in user sessions. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; some features may then work differently.
If you follow a WhatsApp or other external link, that service handles information under its own privacy policy. This policy covers our website and does not govern third-party services.
Your requests
To ask about information we hold about you or request access, correction or deletion, email sales@silverlabelworks.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will handle requests according to applicable law and may retain records needed for legal, administrative or security purposes.
Updates
We may update this policy when our website or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
